CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME,I CANNOT LOG INTO MY ACER D270 NETBOOK.

THERE IS A MESSAGE "SETUP IS STARTING SERVICES" IT'S BEEN OVER 4 HOURS,DOES IT TAKE THAt LONG TO REBOOT?

With your netbook pluged in,and your OS (w7?) trying to boot up - remove battery - if it is still trying to boot - then you need to reformat your hard drive and reload your OS.  If you lost power ,then put battery back and push the power button,then push F2 key- then f12- change boot ordr to harddive ,exit, power off, then power on.
