guys i just want to know why my cpu is running at a 100% this program is doing all of it WmiPrvSE.exe and how can i fix if posible

I have an aspire 5810TZ-4657 timeline running windows 7 upgrade everything is factory. had it for a couple of years now no problems but the over use of cpu now. not the greatest computer person tried everything I know and can't get cpu to drop.
