You need to be very careful!
On the Acer page:
http://us.acer.com/ac/en/US/content/model/NX.RZGAA
The 'overview' tab is talking about the V3 *series* as a whole when it mentions the GTX 760M graphics.
At the bottom of most, if not all, Acer pages you will see 'Specifications vary depending on model'.
On the 'datasheet' tab, you will see that it is listed as only having Intel 4000.
V3-571-6844 = Intel 4000 only.
V3-571G-6844 = Both Intel and nVidia.
Look for the 'G' designation!

Thanks so much for your help! But, can i just buy the gtx 760m graphics card chip and install it into the laptop?

Well, perhaps you could. I don't have documentation for this model but there are a number of concerns:
Can you get the card?
What is its form factor?
Will you need a new BIOS?
Do you want to void your warranty?
What if it goes horribly wrong?
If it was my decision, I'd bite the bullet and buy the 'G' model!
