I downgraded to windows 7 and I decided to get back on windows 8.1 but I notice the start up was different on the default start up that I bought my laptop! it was set on UEFI now its on Legacy Bios! I tried to change it to UEFI I got this Message "Operating System not found" ?

You can't switch between UEFI to Legacy after OS installation, so it's better if you set back UEFI and re-isntall windows 8 (that fully support UEFI boot).

but when I switch to UEFI I got this "Operating System Not Found" I cant boot to my windows and stuck! I set back to Legacy Bios it reads the OS!

it's correct, since you installed Windows with Legacy enabled and now can boot only on Legacy mode.

to use UEFI you need to install Windows 8 with UEFI enabled.

but how can I install windows 8 with UEFI enabling ?

And if you put the DVD in the reader, set UEFI, press F12 at boot, select DVD as boot device, you are not able to install it?

I never tried that: what I did press F2 then change to UEFI dvd set first on boot, then boot up I got this "Operating System Not Found" I would like u try what you said but I got everything set on Legacy Bios! I guess theirs nothing wrong about setting you windows 8.1 to legacy bios

If I set that UEFI ? ill be formating my laptop again ?

You can switch without reformatting but is not an easy task, so i suggest you to reinstall.

If your system is stable, stay on legacy.
