Have you tried connecting to an external monitor? Do you get an image with an external monitor? If you can get into windows with an external monitor you may want to try uninstalling your video driver to see if that corrects the problem. If the problem persists, then I would recommend contacting technical support in your region as it sounds like a hardware issue.
