Hi I was just wondering if you could help me reset my daughters laptop to factory settings. Shes had it for awhile and I cant afford to get her a new one let alone take this to get it fixed so thought I would see if there was anything on here that would help me but couldnt find anything so thought I'd try asking for help. It has windows Vista not sure what else you need to know so if you could e-mail me back maybe with what u need to know or what to do to fix it that would be great thanks
