How is this happening? Are you trying to perform a factory reload on the system? How many times have tired recovery?
If you are trying to perform a factory restore using eRecovery and you are getting stuck, try restarting the system to see if it resumes and finishes. An alternative to eRecovery is recovery using Acer recovery media. I suggest this because it could be that the eRecovery partition is corrupt.
You can obtain recovery media by contacting technical support in your region.
