Hello to every one ! m new to this forum There is critical situation happen with my chromebook AOD250 since from month my laptop goes hanged during work and screen goes sometimes blue or sometimes white and i have to powered off the laptop because windows is untouch. the balnk blue or white screen doesnot show any text . The system has window 7 Home premium version . i tried many solutions such as reinstalling windows many times and scanning from viruses also using microsoft security essentials and i changed the LCD VGA data cable but still problem is there i could not trace out the problem if someone understand kindly help where is the problem is software or in hardware? i hope any one reply regards...

The Acer Aspire One D250 is a Windows Laptop, you have referred to it as a Chromebook AND posted it in the Chromebook section.

I presume an Acer Moderator will move the thread.
