hey everyone. so i have tried downloading "synatpics" drivers, and also "elantech" drivers. it says they have both installed corrently. once i had to reboot my computer, and then one said "ready to use" i can't scroll using the touchpad. i have windows 8.1. i have noticed this for about a week. but havne't paid any attention to it. i tried the drivers on this website, and softpedia. and other websites. but none are working. what else can i try??

You shouldn't install both drivers, find out the exact model Touchpad you have in your laptop by going to Control panel, Programs and Features, Programs, look for either Synaptics or ETDWare (Elantech), then install the appropriate driver.

well the one that is showing is perhaps maybe the one that is installed which is synatpics. it says its a pointing device. but i have tried to install that brand and i still can't scroll. do you have a link i could check out? thanks
