bluetooth connection

hi everyone

I have an Arcam.rblink adaptor and i am trying to connect, my computer, which is an Aspire V3-571.

My computer will find the adaptor but when i try to connect it always says OFFLINE.

Can anyone please help.

Does your notebooks bluetooth connect to any other bluetooth devices; mouse, keyboard, speakers? If so then, I would recommend you contacting the vendor of your third party device.
