i just figured out how to try restoring the operating system on this acer computer and now i am getting a blue screen after the first time it resets after the restore. laptop is a acer aspire 5742z-4649. i am not sure what is causing the issue. here is a picture of the message i get

i was using the restore partition. i ended up figuring out how to get it to work but it was not right. i managed to open up some boot menu thing by just pressing f10 at startup and then hitting esc and then enter and it would continue loading like it should. if i didn't do that it would pop up that blue screen. it really don't matter no more anyway. i sold the laptop to someone else for more than twice what i paid for it so it can be there issue now.
