acer v3 571 webcam

I installed the newest edition of crystal eye, and now both camera and "acer crystal app" work in the win8 mode but not in desktop mode. please help!

Hi,

Sorry that you are unable to use webcam in Desktop mode, but can you post the error that you get & also have you tried to use apps like skype & is it working?
