I think my right hinge is broken , its really get difficult to close lid of laptop .. seems like case is broken in longitudinal manner , its wide open everytime . can you suggest where i can purchase online , im from India .. and acer costumer care demand higher money

I am sorry to hear that the hinge on your V3-571G is broken and unable to close the laptop. I am not aware of any parts partners that you could purchase that part from in your region. If you unit is in warranty, I would recommend contacting support in your region again and emphasize that the hinge is malfunctioning. However, if the unit is out of warranty then they are correct a fee is required to receive service.
