hi again, 

i was wondering if anyone could help about my e1-472g

is there any universal bluetooth utilities for it?

because i have successfully installed all bluetooth drivers but still it cannot detect any bluetooth device. my bluetooth headset, or my phone.

anyone knows anything for it?

i am running on windows7 32bit

You may be experiencing this problem because the unit originally shipped with Windows 8. When you change the operating system from the original factory image you can lose some functionality of the device. We do not have any listed Windows 7 drivers because we have not tested this model in this setup.

I apologize for not being able to provide a solution, however hopefully someone in the community may be able to assist you with your setup.

Under the specs listed on the Acer and Amazon pages it says that the Acer E1-472G-6844 has bluetooth but I dont believe it does. There is no bluetooth switch/button and nothing metioning bluetooth in control panel. I downloaded the driver from Acer and when I try to install it, it says there is no bluetooth device. This is very irritating because this is one of the reasons I chose this laptop. Any help to fix this issue would be appreciated.

If you restore back to Windows 8 which came Pre-installed does your bluetooth work.
