Hi

 I need know how to auto power on my acer aspire 5050 while restore a power fail.

My bios version Phonix V1.3303 ,there is no power management menu . anybody know a bios version with power management for auto power on ?

Are you talking about a Wake On LAN setting?

Acer posts all of their bios files at http://www.acer.com. Once you get there, click Support, then Drivers and Manuals. If the option is not in the BIOS, the computer may not support it.
