Hello.

Just buyed a Acer Aspire, and I installed Windows 7 x64. All drivers installed ok, except WIFI driver. Cannot install this one. In device manager appear ! on network adapter after the install finish and reoot my computer. Drivers are downloaded and installed on Acer site and I've searched them by the SN of my notebook. I've tried so many solutions and nothing. Can someone help me with that? I really need that! Thanks.

Which wireless card is in your laptop Athros or Broadcom?

Is Atheros AR 9565

Go to Acer download and get Atheros Driver version 10.0.0.234, (http://www.acer.co.uk/ac/en/GB/content/drivers)

Extract it, make note of the path.

Go to Device Manager, right click wireless network adapter, click Update Driver Software and at the next step point to the location where you have extracted ( I would suggest you to copy the folder named " WiFi_Driver only" to your Desktop or whereever convenient for you).

Sorry for not posting. Not in front of my desktop. I tried to install from Device manager and the second try, it was lucky. Thanks a lot for the solution. Solved.
