Where to find Start button(?) on Windows 8 (Acer Aspire R7)

I am trying to locate the user guide. All I have is an instruction to follow the steps Start>All progams>Acer system>User guide.

This seems like an instruction for a computer with Windows 7.

Where to find Start? or All programs?

windows 8 is totally different on how it performs try the link left above. i hope it works for you.

my acer 7551 said it needed a replacement battery I got one it wouldn't charge, I got another one frm Acer now my windows 7 won't come up I can't see the start button or anything, plz help!!!
