I can not change the "User" setting, nor unistall/remove programs, download programs, etc. Everytime I attempt to do the things that I have listed before, I will recieve a pop-up which says Please Type The Administrator Password And Then Press Yes. So, I probably might need to know how to disable it, or know that administrator password.

The administartor password is same as the windows default user account password.

I've tried many times entering the default user account password. However, it does not work. I am using WIndow 8.1

It is identical to this image. (avoid the descriptions of Program Name, and Verified Publisher)

Hi,

1. Make sure taht the account you login is a Admin account, if user account, you do not have priviledge to Make system changes,.
2. if Not Login to Admin Account & Change this account as Admin,.
