I have an acer aspire one ao531h-0bk. When I start the web cam application it sends me an error message '' Web cam not found'' althought i have installed the drivers.Then after I click ok to this message it sends me to other messages saying ''Can' t built the graph''. But some other times it starts without any problem.

Have you tried installing another program that makes use of the Web cam? Does it work with Skype or another programs? If not, then there may be a problem with the hardware. Also if you haven't already, try restoring the system using Acer recovery media or the hidden recovery partition.

when I am able to use it (rarely), If I move the screen it stops working and If I try to restart the program it sends me an error message.

Thank you for the additional information. This new information leads me to believe that the cable for the webcam is being pinched or causing a poor connection with the mainboard. In this situation I would recommend contacting technical support for assistance. It sounds like the cable either needs to be replaced or reseated.
