running windows 8.1. less than a month old.

keys c, d, e, 3, 4 will not work. last week it was those and a few more. any suggestions?

I have a new Acer just over a month old and on many occasions it takes for ever to type an email due to the keys not working unless I really hit them hard!!!

Hi all!

As you both have new PC's with keyboard problems, I'd recommend contacting Acer support to arrange a repair.
