I updated your title to be a bit more specific about your issue.
A couple suggestions I have would be to update your wireless driver. You can find updates available on our website at http://support.acer.com. Select your region and head over to drivers and manuals to pull up your unit.
More advanced troubleshooting if you still have issues may be to look at upgrading your firmware of your router as it can be one of the leading causes of this type of intermittent instability.

But in your site no newest drivers for Windows 7 x64 bit. So what me do ?

I apologize, I was a bit hasty. We won't have Win 7 drivers for this unit because we don't ship it with Windows 7.
I've seen others unit the Windiws 8 drivers successfully, and other who go out to the wireless card MFG and download drivers.
Hopefully others will have better idea's that mine. Sorry for the confusion.

So if i reinstall to Windows 8, problem will be solved ?

This should resolve your issue. If you load the default OS you shouldn't have any issue. If you do, I would start to suspect a hardware problem. But that seems unlikely at this point.
