v3-771g 2x damaged case screws......won't retrack-just spins.  Trying to remove bottom case to continue the replacement of cooling fan.

I appricate any advice/help/ ideals to removing these remaining screws.

You should use a jewelers or spectacle driver set that have blade and phillips tips along with needlenose tweezers. A local Home Depot and Lowes should have them in the tool dept. I wouldn't worry too much if some of the screws strip and fail to bite or track the plastic threads. Just don't use them. And don't use too much torque on the screws that do bite in on reassembling.
