Hi everyone, I just bought an Acer Aspire E1-422 essential with AMD Dual Core E1-2500 (1.4GHz). Besides upgrading the Ram from 2gig to 8gig DDR3, is it also possible to upgrade the Processor? If so can you please suggest a compatible AMD Processor for it? because I cannot find any means of knowing with regards to this case. Thank you...

I'm afraid you can not upgrade this CPU as it has been soldered to Motherboard, it has BGA (Ball Grid Array) type socket, you have to live with it and if you want to speed up the laptop, go for a SSD and you will be happy.
