Why not update the Intel HD Graphics 4600?

My laptop: V3-772G

Driver version that I: 9.18.10.3071

 Every time I try to update it says:

What exactly is the last update?

I have Windows 7 Proffesional. I think because of that cannot update.

I must have it Windows 8 ...

Have you tried the lastest driver on Intel download center (Intel graphic HD4600 - Windows 7-64):

Intel Iris and HD graphics Driver for Windows 7/8/8.1 64-bit (Version:15.33.22.64.3621)

or

Intel Iris and HD Graphics Driver for Windows 7/8/8.1 32-bit (Version:15.33.22.3621)
