My underwarranty notebook i5 has frequent Hard Disk problem. Although the problem is resolved by authorized service center I want to replace the notebook. so how can i replace ? There is no Acer Office in Kuwait. How can I contact and replace it ?

I'm confused. You previously said >>>the problem is resolved by authorized service center>>>. What was the problem that they resolved? Did this problem re-appear?
