3 weeks ago my laptop crashed. i called acer . they sent dhl but in spain transporter do not use gps so i had to rxit and meet dhl somewhere. when i got it back one week after. same thing with dhl. but computer has exact same error. i called acer and the guy hang up on me. i was so mad and lost some of my work i broke the screen from all the nerves.
i called them back. they asked me this time to sign a form if i was not to accept the repair i will have to pay shipping. i sent pne fax. they told me it was bad that i must do it again but yhey never let me know the new case number or told me the email subject eith case number was wrong. they waited instead. 3 weeks from first crash i was able to send a fax that can be read but the week end passes and they told me the case number is wrong.


i gave up. i was worry at this run aroubd and obviously they said they changed the hard disc and memory but nothing wss working so i am now going to a repair shop without wsrranty when yhe laptop is 6 months old.

if any at acer amroca feels concerned this is the rma number [edited for privacy]

i wanted to say tgat it has been a nightnare si ce day 1 when dhl calls ypu 10 miles away to ask you yhe direction of your house. i faced this problem for 4 years. and i even think ots part of nacionalist spain to avpid gps so only spanish can work yhere and only spanoshs can giide a truck from 20 miles away.

the service was 0. but i am sure today they did this on purpose.
sad for a 700 euros computer where we can not listen anything. where service is a nightmarr. acer you ate a very poor brand. and your service is so bad that it must been told on the internet. people do bot buy acer@

ACER do you need 30$ to set up laptops with spund we can hear? cause i cam't look videos or movies or ypu tube. tgere is no sound getting out??? lol what a Pity
