Acer Aspeire V5, When doing a recovery with the system disk, bios is the UEFI mode, it boots to disk, then ask for languaje, then I chose restore to factory then I got the message telling me to boot in Legacy Mode, I would go ahead and do that, then after it boots I got the message to boot in UEFI mode, please help me, running out of options

after many days of trying to restore my laptop with the recovery disc, tha sollution is simple the hard drive needs to be formated, complete clean, in my case I installed windows 8.1 while waiting for my recovery disc from acer, and that was the problem, the hard drive was not clean, so I just boot the laptop with a windows 8 retail disc and went to the initial setup and deleted all the partitions on the hard drive then quit the installation, renove the disc, and try with the recovery disc.

Holy .... I spent hours doing this.. why in the name of all that's holy wouldn't they add one sentence to their instructions to format the drive ? Frustrating isn't the word.. failed..boot in ufei.. reboot this recovery disk in lagacy mode..boot in ufei..reboot in legacy.... UGGHHHH....Best buy almost had a hole shaped like this nice aluminum laptop in their front doors.. LOL.. thanks for your information.
