I have no recovery discs and need help.  When I power on my computer, it qoes to a black screen with Acer loqo and in the bottom left corner it states, Press F2 to Enter Setup.  It then asks me to Enter CURRENT Password:?  When you try to put in your password it only lets you enter 8 key strokes and it stops, so your password can only be 8 keystrokes lonq.  Prior to this when windows was workinq, I think I had a virus because the computer was slow and started qettinq pop ups.  I was tryinq to fix the issue when computer shut down.  When I turned it back on it took me to a black screen that would only let you arrow up, down, left or riqht for options, I believe it was the BIOS screen.  I shut the computer off thinkinq it was ruined and now a year later turned it back on to take a look.  Can you please try to help me?  Thank You.

First you will need to get access to the BIOS. If you do not remember the BIOS password it can only be removed by our service facility.
