I'm requesting for bios update for enabling Acer Aspire One AOA110 to boot from internal card reader as my Aspire One AOA110 SSD just died 3 days ago after using it for 6 years. I do know this netbook support have died long ago and the SSD was no longer manufactured and isn't sold anymore so I wanna boot from the internal card reader.

Just a reminder this netbook cannot use the normal HDD as it using the PATA Zif ribbon and there is no such thing as Sata slot in it.

I've tried booting from external HDD but it was so slow that I have to wait everytime its doing something, tried using win xp and Linux Distro(slightly faster).

I don't accept answer like "just use a USB card reader" cause I've already stated above that I wanna boot from the internal card reader.
