Pxe e61 pxe m0f error no bootable device

Hello, I just formated my acer travelmate p253 and when I set the boot order to boot from disk and restarted I got the error saying
PXE-E61: Media test failure, check cable
PXE-M0F: Exiting Brodcom PXE ROM
No Bootable device -- insert boot disk and press any key

And I have tryed every thing ro get my laptop to work I removed the hdd and put it back set the bios to default inserted the win 7 disk and set the boot order, inserted a usb with win 8.1 in and set the boot order.

Nothing

So now I turn to the community of acer to help.

    When you boot with your installation DVD or USB pen, press F12 and select the proper boot device.

     

    Please check if you disable the secure boot option on BIOS, before trying to install a new OS.

    Thank you for the help and sorry for not replying for so long. Turns out that my windows cd was unreadable and my flash drive broke. Just had to ger a new copy from Microsoft
