Dear Friends,

Hope you all are very fine. My Notebook Name is Acer (Aspire 4738z) having Intel-Pentium-Processor P6100 and Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit operating system. As soon as Intel AMD VGA Chip driver is installed, my Notebook starts shutting down. In this continuation, I cannot get the PC started at all till the last. When I uninstall this driver somehow, notebook works with unsatisfied performance.

Would you please tell me what I can do?

What do you mean "Intel AMD VGA Chip driver"? It's either Intel or AMD.

Ohhh..  sorry... It is Intel VGA Chip UMA.

Go here:https://downloadcenter.intel.com/SearchResult.aspx?lang=&ProductID=3319&ProdId=3319

download and install the 64 bit driver and see if it still shuts down.If it does your problem is probably hardware related.
