Hello,
I have a TravelMate TMP645-MG connected to ProDock II. The problem is that the USB ports on docking staion are not working, I can see the following yellow exclamation mark in device manager when the docking station is connected (no errors when not docked).
Windows 8.1 Enterprise, 64bit. All latest drivers from Acer homepage are installed. Any ideas?

Do you have another docking station you can test with, or another TravelMate you can try with that dock? My initial guess would be there is a hardware problem with the ProDock USB ports.
