So I done the windows 8.1 update and it totally messed my computer up. I tried almost everything expect a PC reset. I called acer tech support he helped me get the reset process started. The first hour and a half almost it has been stuck on 1%. Then I get a blue screen that says it was a problem resetting. So I shut off my PC, and go back to the advance options menu to try it again. It's still stuck on 1%. Why is this happening? What could cause a problem with resetting my PC? Help please and thanks!

There may be a message behind the re-set screen waiting for a response from you. To minimize the re-set screen to see if there's another screen behind it, press the ALT+Home keys (or Fn+Alt+PgUp for smaller keyboards). Report back.
