I have a 11.6" v5-171-6815 purhcased about 1.5 yrs ago.  I really like this notebook and managed to upgrade the ram a few months after it was purchased.

Now I was trying to upgrade the hhd to ssd.  I followed a few online tutorial on cloning my existing hhd to the ssd. The only issue I have not is that when i boot of the new ssd it gives me a the above error.  I also try a bootable win 7 usb drive with no luck.

Any help from this forum would be greatly appreciated.

Put your old drive back in, boot up,get this:
