It was factory default in uefi, if i changes it will never boot up.

I think it was 1.15 that was there, but it was the same problem with that too.

Something's amiss with either your machine or the firmware. Either way, you should still be within the warranty period and qualify for phone/chat support. If it were mine, I wouldn't mess with it anymore and contact Acer pronto by clicking the above support button, choosing the country and clicking contact Acer with your SNID at the ready.

I discovered this exact fix by myself just intuitively, when fiddling with the bios boot options (my son was really impressed), but then I have many years experience in electronics and computing. The problem does recurr after a few months but is fixed again easily.
Although I was shocked that it was hard to find details of how to solve this when looking for places to post my solution. The title of the thread could be improved to say: Acer V3-771G No Bootable Device Found Problem Solved in 2 mins
