Hello I know this sounds stupid but I have just bought a new acer aspire e1-570G laptop and i turned it on and it shows me smth to write less/gpl or less/copyright.and i wrote it and i got stuck...how do i fix this and get on the start screen?

With the description your provided, I would recommend contacing our technical support in your region for assistance. You should not be booting to a Linux command. Upon turning the computer on for the first time you should go through Windows setup process. If you completed this process then booted to this screen, Windows may not have installed properly.
