Need help with my Acer Aspire V7-582GP Wifi

Haven't gotten my Acer Aspire v7 for longer than 2months and this has been an on-going issue since day 1 but has been getting more and more frequent and irritating now.

The Wifi keeps losing connection, the wifi still says connected but i lose connection to the internet completely until i disconnect and reconnect from my wifi (Sometimes it displays limited connection, most of the times it doesn't, It still shows connected but i have no internet access). Used to occur rarely, once every few hours but has escalated to anywhere between 5-10minutes.

 

My wireless adapter is the Intel(R) Dual band wireless-N 7260

Driver version is 16.6.0.8

 

Things I've done:

1.Unchecked power management where it says to allow laptop to turn off to save power

 

I cant seem to find a fix anywhere (a working one at least)

PLEASE help, Im going crazy over this problem.

Anyone has a solution? The problem persists and is sooo bad.

having the same issue with my aspire v7-482pg-6629... the internet speeds are fine for about an hour or so but then start to decrease after time. they become so slow that i cannot comeplete a speed test. i restart my computer and then it's fine again. been going on for quite some time now. i've upgraded drivers. done every trick i could find online. i've even replaced laptops and this one does the same thing.

 

are there actual acer employees that come in here or just us lonley buyers trying to help each other out?
