Need help with an unreadable SNID label

I have an Aspire 5530 that needs a recovery disc. (F10 did not load the eRecovery)

I am unable to read/scan the SNID label, is there another way to find the number that support needs to even talk to them?

The machine is currently running linux.

Hi nani42,

You should be able to get the SN out of the BIOS on the Information tab.
