We have an older Acer Aspire and need docs.  The web site refuses to recognize either the S/N or SNID.  The hard drive is dead and we want to know about removing/replacing it.  TIA

I am also looking for documentation (for an Aspire 5750-6667).  It looks like only a generic manual dealing primarily with operating system issues, and a "quick start guide"  exist.  Can anyone confirm that Acer provides no model-specific documentation of the hardware?
