Hello Umairbt,
In the bios utility, D2D must be enabled.
Otherwise look this topic: The hidden partition

Hello,
Before I'd like to check your hidden partition.
Can you post a screenshot of your Disk Management window?

Hello,
To enter in bios setup utility, press F2 when you see the Acer screen.
Have you tried to "load default settings" with F9+Enter and to "save and exit setup" with F10+enter?
Otherwise, you'll find a lot of information about Windows Recovery Environnement
The last solution is to buy the erecovery media to the support of your country.
Note:
Recovery partiton: Windows RE (recovery environment)
Push Button Reset partition: Recovery image

Hi so i managed to do a full facotory reset but when i go to acer recovery managment to create recovery disc it says some files missing....
Can you tell us what model you have? Assuming it's Windows 7, I would point you to the article below on how to create recovery media, can you tell me which step you're having issues and exactly what the error is?

The partition layout screams W7 & W8 dual load OS.
If you have W8 running I would use the run box and type shutdown /r /o
Let the computer reboot and follow onscreen instructions to refresh/reset your computer.
If you have W7 running then I would just make sure the BIOS is set to Legacy boot and use the Alt-F10 keys to start a recovery.
It really does help if you provide the model of computer and the first 10 digits of the serial number (aka the part number).
Good luck ! ![]()
