My acer aspire v5-472 wont turn on

I was using my aspire yesterday to unistal an comodo anti virus program, then it stopped working. So I restarted the computer. it turn on but stay on the Acer logo. i tried the reset (HOLD POWER BTTTON FOR 30 SEC ) . It turned on but it still stay on the welcome Acer logo. whats wrong?... : (

Try to boot BIOS, press F2 at boot, check if HDD is listed on Information tab, check also if HDD is locked.

you need to press and keep tapping quickly after power ON button
