I have an Acer laptop with Acer Cloud installed on it and I have selected to use my Videos folder in the Acer Media application.
After doing so I have foud it is storing multiple copies of the same videos in the cloud (even though i only have one of each), why is this happening and how can i fix this?

Uh...It seems unscientific, so far everything goes well on me, perhaps you might check whether your AcerCloud apps have been upgraded to the last version or not, if it can't be solved, you could use Send feedback in Acer Media top menu on your Acer laptop to contact Acer support center.

I have already done that and have got no response so far and no updates are available as it says I have the latest already.

I haver my Acer Laptop set at the Cloud PC and linked to it is my Andriod phone.
The Andriod phone also has Acer Madia and Cloud on it - the phone has no videos in it though so the duplicates are not from there.
How can I cheack how many folders are in my library?
How can I reset my library?
It seems as though there are not enough settings, because I expected it to work similar to Windows Media Player where I can select what folders to manage and I can actualy manage them, but Acer Media only lets me add them - I cant find a way to view them and delete them etc.

I fixed it by deleting all the videos (but not the originals) and readding the entire video directory. Still unsure why this happened.
