My Applications say they are licensed to Acer, How to change that?

I have the Aspire V3-771 windows 8.1 and it is stating that Microsoft Visual Studio is licensed to ACER

I figured it out... When I sent my computer to get serviced by the almighty technicians in Texas, instead of putting my name as the registered owner they put ACER... go figure...

I see... you should be able to just run recovery on it and reset everything so you can do the initial Setup.
