My wife's laptop model ms2332 just stopped turning on no error codes or anything just died any help please it's only 3 years old

I am sorry to hear that your wife's laptop is not capable of powering on. A notebook may not power on for a few reasons such as; bad power adapter, mainboad, or another hardware issue.

I would first suggest removing the battery and trying another compatible adapter to see if it can power on. If it will not power on with a known working ac adapter, then it wold require service as there is a hardware issue. For service, please contact technical support in your region.
