Hello,

I have an issue with my acer aspire s3 series.  I keep getting interruptions with the internet connection via WIFI.  The wifi connection stays connected but when i check my email in Microsoft Outlook, i keep getting errors and fail to send or receive email.  Sometimes it works after i close and open Outlook again.  The email for the same account  works perfectly on my smart phone.

The other issue is i fail to download fully.  The download can go upto 99% and hang.  When it completes and you try to install, you get an error that the file is corrupt.  When i try to download from another computer and install on the aspire s3 series, it works.  The problem seems to be with the aspire s3 series.

Has anyone and a similar issue?

Try uninstalling the WiFi driver and re-install the driver from http://www.acer.co.uk/ac/en/GB/content/drivers

Thanks.  I have tried this.  I downloaded and installed the latest WIFI driver but it didn't help.  I even formatted and reinstalled the OS.  It worked for about 2 weeks and the problem returned.  Also, problem happens when i use my USB 3G dongle to connect to the internet.
