I have searched at Acer home page for QuickSet Application that allow me to use some keys on the keyboard to control the the audio (turn down, on, off), but I didn't find any for my

Product Level 1:	Notebook
Product Level 2:	Extensa
Product Level 3:	Extensa 5220

Yes, I have installed this application, but this application only let me take over the keys located on the very left side of the keyboard(e, p, the others), but the key on which the symbol of sound is drawn isn't functioning when clicking on it.
