the whole adapter had been inserted and i cannt hardly remove it.they is no placethat i can hold in removing it. pls help me

Card readers are usually spring loaded and if you push on the outside of the micro SD card adapter it should release and stick out just enough so you can grab it.

If you are still unable to remove the adapter, I would suggest contacting technical support in your region.
