Hello David,

For your motherboard, the maximum graphic memory is 256MB. You can't change anything!

It's the same bios for 4 motherboards:

Graphics:

- ATI Radeon Xpress 1100 chipset (up to 256MB), yours.

- ATI Mobility Radeon X1300/X1600 with up to 512MB of HyperMemory (Discrete: 64/128MB with hyper

  memory technology up to 512MB (64MB + 448MB or 128MB + 384MB) in OS

It's for these discrete cards you see the informations on the right menu (picture#2).

Note:

Your MB is: MB.ABE02.001 - MAINBOARD UMA PATA 10/100 W/CARD READER W/O TV/FIR/1394

For that, you have to change motherboard!

Will either of these boards let us use an IDE drive? and allow us to run in 64bit mode?

Which is better the M52P128MB OR THE M56P128MB?

Hello David,

IDE drive: I guess you mean DVD drive, yes.

64 bits mode: Yes.

ATI M52-P or ATI M56-P (more faster).

No... I was referring to Hard Drive. As Board I have will only let me use IDE style. I believe these two boards you refer me to can use Sata Drives. will they also let me use my IDE?

Could you indicate me only the first ten letter/number of S/N?

Example: LX.RJ202.006

IDE drive (Western Digital): For me, it's a PATA drive. Paralell ATA and Serie ATA are not compatibles.

It stays one only motherboard:

So what you are saying is... "I cannot, change to these other 2 Mother Boards"??  I have to stay with Model I have??
