I just bought a Acer E1-510p windows 8.1 and random keys on the keyboard stopped working.

Ive had this Acer laptop E1-510p with window 8.1 and all of the sudden some of the keys accross the keyboard stop working. These keys are random and even when i plug in a generic keyboard it does the same thing anyone have any idea's

I am sorry to hear that you are encountering this problem. Have you changed any settings or keyboard layouts recently? If not, then I would recommend try rolling back to an earlier date or perform a factory restore to see if it is just a software issue.

If the problem persists, I would recommend contacting technical support in your region as this could be a hardware issue.
