I HAVE AN ASPIRE V5. I HAVE TO RESTART TWICE IN ORDER FOR AUDIO TO WORK & SOMETIMES IT STILL WON'T.

I just purchased this Acer Aspire V5 & I do like it.  I have never had an Acer & I was very leary about getting one.  So far, it has been fine.  After a couple weeks of navigating Windows 8 (yikes), I noticed that the audio didn't work when I tried to use it on youtube or facebook.  After trying for 2 days to get it to work, my daughter & husband also tried.  I took it back to where I purchased it & the tech turned it on & viola it worked.  I was like what the heck did you do, I have been trying for 2 days.  He said well, you had the volumn all the way down.  I messed with the volumn & it may have been down but, I really don't think he did anything diffferent than I did.  I have spent some time on live chat & they had me do an uninstall of KB2962407.  Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can fix this?  It would be so much appreciated.

Just wanted to update the Acer Support Community.  I think my problem of no sound has been resolved.  Thanks :smileyhappy:
